First Hotel The Studio offers 160 modern rooms in Scandinavian design, 123 of which are long-stay units with kitchenettes. Rooms include Italian Billiani furniture, 43-inch TVs with Chromecast, and Jensen beds. Family Studios (35 m^2) have panoramic windows, separate lounge areas, and kitchenettes with induction cooktops. Superior Single Rooms (15 m^2) feature 120 cm beds and access to shared kitchenettes. Soundproof walls and free high-speed WiFi are standard.

Onsite Facilities

The hotel has an 8th-floor lounge with a terrace for work or socializing. A well-equipped gym includes free weights, fitness machines, and a sauna. Guests can use the laundry room, bicycle storage, and gaming room with PlayStation. Meeting rooms for up to 6 people come with whiteboards, TVs, and kitchen access.
